How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking in your app and select Cancel. Cancellation eligibility depends on your agreement with the provider and time remaining before your event. Once you cancel, your refund request enters an approval process.

How does the refund process work?

When you request a refund, it goes through an approval process. The provider and the platform review your request. If approved, your refund is sent by mobile money to the phone number on your Saka Events account. You will be notified of the outcome in the app.
