Select a provider and package, then book for your preferred date.
Pay
Complete your payment securely in the app. Your money is held safely until the booking is confirmed.
Confirm
The provider confirms the booking. You receive a booking reference and can message them directly.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, you can do so through the app. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on your booking agreement with the provider and the time remaining before your event date.
When you request a refund, it enters an approval process. You will be notified of the outcome in the app. Any approved refund is sent by mobile money to the phone number on your Saka Events account.
